You are responsible for knowing, understanding and following our network's rules. If you are unsure whether something is against the rules, ask a staff person before you do it. You are responsible for all activity on your account. If you see anybody breaking any rules mentioned in this document, it is your responsibility to notify a member of staff immediately. Your report will be kept confidential. This may seem long, but it's always worth it to have documented rules.

Minecraft Server Rules and Guidelines
1.1: Any method of hacking, cheating, or something to give you an unfair advantage over players is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to XRay, Fly Hacks, Speed Hacks, autoclickers, item duping, or use of any hacked client.
1.1a: The only acceptable hack is Fullbright/Max Gamma. However, this must not be done using a hacked client.
1.1b: Mods such as minimaps, coordinate displayers, etc are allowed on Flux Survival, as long as cave finders and structure finders are turned off. If you are not sure if a mod would be allowed, ask a staff member.
1.1c: Staff reserves the right to investigate you if you are placed under suspicion of hacking or cheating. This includes but is not limited to screen sharing.
1.2: Destruction of another person’s property without prior permission is strictly prohibited. This also includes public spaces such as city centers and shops.
1.3: Taking another player’s items without permission is strictly prohibited. This includes taking items from abandoned builds. Ask before building in a town or near anyone else’s area.
1.4: Intentionally engaging in combat with another player without prior consent from the player is strictly prohibited.
1.4a: Furthermore, each player has to individually give consent to engage in combat themselves. Companies, organizations, factions, or groups can not give consent for the player. If a player does not consent and you kill said player, you are responsible for returning their full inventory, even if you lost the items.
1.5: Anything that causes noticeable lag will be removed by staff. This includes any form of automation that is either unfair, or harmful to server performance.
1.5b: Farms involving entity cramming or several entities in a small space are banned. Animal farms are the worst offenders. Keep your animals well spread out.
1.6: Traps of any kind are strictly prohibited.
1.7: Any form of scamming is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to selling a player a service or item and then not providing the player with the promised service or item, or reselling items for a higher price than they were originally purchased at.
1.8: Refunds on items sold by players are not required and it is up to the seller to decide their own refund policy.
1.9: Major events on the server being done for the first time must be done with everyone who wishes to do so. This means that you will need to notify the community when you are planning to do these things, and wait for a response from everyone before you go forward. Major events/locations include the following:
Beating the Ender Dragon, going to The End, entering a stronghold, entering a wooden mansion.
1.9b: You may set out to find only a wooden mansion or stronghold by yourself, but you can not enter under any circumstances until you ask if anyone would like to join you.
